Lionel Trichardt has been admitted to appear in the High Court of South Africa and has appeared as such since 2000.  Lionel Trichardt and Associates entered into an agreement with several consultants to expand the non-legal services of the firm in the area of municipal consulting.

The consultantshave more than two decades of municipal experience. The agreement with external consultants by Lionel Trichardt is in keeping with the company’s desire to expand its portfolio of work with local municipalities in the Eastern Cape and Northern Cape.

• Commercial Work: Drafting of agreements, negotiations etc. in the field of property sales and the sale of businesses, lease agreements, creation of trusts, companies and close corporations.
• Conveyancing Transfers of fixed properties.
• Municipal Disaster Management Plan.
• Debt collecting: All forms of debt collecting, both in the High Court and Magistrate’s Court.
• Criminal Law Services: High Court and Magistrate’s Court
• Estate planning and the administration of estates
• Labour Law: including Local Government Law
• Civil Litigation: High Court and Magistrate’s Court
• Personal Injury Claims: All forms of personal injury claims.
• Municipal Consulting: This is area of work is being expanded with a number of Municipalities being services by the firm.
